PRESIDENT
Bryan began his career as a carpenter apprentice in the residential construction industry in 1996. In college, Bryan paid his way through school as a framing foreman for a high-end, custom home builder in New Hanover County, while obtaining a business degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2004. After finishing his studies, Bryan went to work for a regional grading contractor in Charlotte. From 2006 to 2010, Bryan was a Project Manager for two large commercial construction companies. Completing on time and under budget over $20 mm in mid-rise apartment and condominium projects. In 2010 Bryan started Trisect Commercial, LLC after over 20 years’ experience as a Laborer, Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager in the construction industry.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Amanda comes to us from the architectural signage industry with 8 years of experience as a Project Manager. Amanda joined the Trisect team in 2018. She oversees the Project Administrator for project coordination, such as pre-construction startup and post construction close out, field to office assistance, permitting, subcontractor management and sending projects to market. Amanda manages the Trisect Special Projects crew that performs all in-house labor such as millwork, finishes, flooring, doors, etc. Amanda also provides support to Project Management in budgets, buyouts, client reporting, and overall project tracking/accuracy. She is the point person for office and field on processes, procedures and software. In addition to assuring a positive and rewarding work environment for all. She and her husband Justin live in Greensboro with their spoiled rotten kiddos, which include a Shih-Tzu Yorkie named Ishi and a Shih-Tzu named Darby. They enjoy the outdoors through bike riding and hiking, board games with friends and are always dreaming up some elaborate meal to cook or sweet treat to bake.
PROJECT MANAGER
Scott joined Trisect in 2025, bringing with him over 37 years of experience in construction, specializing in retail, grocery, restaurants, office/medical, and multi-family projects. As a Project Manager, Scott ensures innovation and quality in every project. He is responsible for pre-construction estimating and bidding, assisting with conceptual project design, and overseeing project management. Scott works closely with our clients, construction managers, and subcontractors during the entire process to assure we are staying on budget, on schedule, and yielding a quality product. Scott and his wife, Chris, are proud parents of two adult sons, Benjamin and Harrison. They also have a beloved black lab named Hadley. In his free time, Scott enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, entertaining, hiking, and whitewater kayaking.
